Internet e l’outsourcing

© Algardi

In a survey of professionals, 80% believe that web sites are the most useful source for obtaining information. Classic advertising on magazines and sector guides are loosing importance day by day, while the online promotion is becoming an outstanding opportunity to efficiently target your potential customers. The value of online promotion is clear: a well designed online promotional campaign will provide more return on each invested promotion dollar, becauise it allows you to promote your products/services only on specific sites visited by potential clients.

To take advantage of these opportunities, you must look for an innovative advertising agency that mix both classic and new promotion mediums. A web site must be designed to get a very good priority results on major search engines. With regards to statistical studies, companies with high search result position, the first 2-3 pages, will increase the number of visitors by 1.000% or more compared to a site placed on the 5th or 6th page. Obtaining a position that shows your products on the first page google, will dramatically increase the traffic to your web site. For commercial companies, more traffic equals more sales, and getting the top position is the primary goal.

Why promote on the internet? Internet is the most efficient media channel to market your company’s products/services to young people and rich customers.

A successfull web site is an ongoing project, up to date weekly. Define the purpose of the site and the audience. Spend most of your time studying web sites like yours designed by professionals.
Then choose the best design to attract your target audience and communicate your message. It is important to organize your site from the beginning, text, and photos.
The success of a web site mostly depends on a friendly navigation interface. The biggest difference between professional sites and new designer sites is simplicity. Test your site in older browsers, on slow connections, and on PC and Mac for compatibility. Reduce file size if images take too much time to download.
A good placement on the first page of a search engine takes time. The first step of a web marketing strategy is getting a site listed in the major search engines and directories (Search engines differ from directories).
Think of search engines placement before beginning a web design project. Choose the right keywords. Spend a lot of time thinking about keywords and site descriptions. Make sure to use keywords related to your site. Don’t use words like sex just to increase your traffic.
Include the most important keywords in the title tag, but your title must remain a readable sentence, non just a list of keywords. The majority search engines & directories place a lot of importance on keywords of your title tag. Your title tag should be 50 characters max. Choose a different title tag for each page of your site.
Include in your html code meta keywords & meta description, they can help your search engine listings. Meta tags were created to help search engines find out important information about your page. Your Keywords Meta: about 1000 characters including spaces. Repeat the same word up to 4 times in the keyword meta and don’t forget plurals. Your Description Meta: about 250 characters including spaces. Include the most important keyword phrases.
Each page must have over 200 words. Use keyword phrases used in your other tags. The text on your page is very important in order to achieve better search engine listings.
Add the “alt” attribute to any image on your page. Each image can help your listings ncluding a keyword phrase related to the image.
Time takes to get listed at the major search engines: 1 to 6 weeks. Periodically resubmit your site.
